Manage your organization's subscription plan, payment method, and receipts.
Before You Begin
- You must be an admin of the organization.
View Your Current Plan
- Go to your organization's page.
- Click Plan in the sidebar.
You'll see your current plan name, benefits, and when your next charge or renewal is due. If you have a card on file, the card brand and last four digits are shown.
Change Your Plan
- Go to your organization's page.
- Click Plan in the sidebar.
- Click View all plans to see available options.
- Select the plan you'd like to switch to.
- Adjust the number of members if needed.
- Enter or update your payment information.
- Click Update.
The cost projection updates in real time as you select a plan.
Note: If you're switching from a free plan to a paid plan, you'll need to provide a credit card.
Update Your Payment Method
- Go to your organization's page.
- Click Plan in the sidebar.
