Manage your organization's subscription plan, payment method, and receipts.

Before You Begin

• You must be an admin of the organization.

View Your Current Plan

1. Go to your organization's page.
2. Click Plan in the sidebar.

You'll see your current plan name, benefits, and when your next charge or renewal is due. If you have a card on file, the card brand and last four digits are shown.

Change Your Plan

1. Go to your organization's page.
2. Click Plan in the sidebar.
3. Click View all plans to see available options.
4. Select the plan you'd like to switch to.
5. Adjust the number of members if needed.
6. Enter or update your payment information.
7. Click Update.

The cost projection updates in real time as you select a plan.

Note: If you're switching from a free plan to a paid plan, you'll need to provide a credit card.

Update Your Payment Method

1. Go to your organization's page.
2. Click Plan in the sidebar.
