Manage your organization's profile, privacy, and auto-join settings.
Before You Begin
- You must be an admin of the organization.
Edit Your Profile
- Go to your organization's page.
- Click Edit profile (or click Profile in the sidebar).
- Update your organization's information:
- Avatar - Upload an image to represent your organization
- About - Add a short description (up to 250 characters)
- Private - Control whether your organization appears in search results
- Allow auto-join - Let users with matching email domains join automatically (verified organizations only)
- Click Save changes.
Request a Name or Location Change
Some fields require staff approval to change. This protects against accidental or unauthorized modifications.
Protected fields include:
- Organization name
- URL slug
- Website URL
- City, state, and country
To request a change:
- Go to your organization's page and click Edit profile.
- Scroll to the Protected Fields section.
- Fill in the fields you'd like to change.
