As an organization admin, you can manage your team by changing roles, removing members, and reviewing who's in your organization.

Before You Begin

• You must be an admin of the organization.

View Members

Go to your organization's page to see all current members. Each member shows:

• Their name and email address
• Their role (Admin badge for admins)
• Whether they have two-factor authentication enabled (2FA badge)

Change a Member's Role

You can promote members to admin or demote admins to regular members.

1. Go to your organization's page and click Manage members.
2. Under Members, find the person you want to update.
3. Click Promote to admin or Demote to member.

What admins can do

Admins can:

• Edit the organization's profile and settings
• Invite and remove members
• Promote and demote other members
• Manage the organization's plan and billing
