As an organization admin, you can invite new members by email or by sharing an invitation link.

Before You Begin

Invite by Email

  1. Go to your organization's page and click Manage members.
  2. In the Invite members section, enter one or more email addresses separated by commas or spaces.
  3. Click Send invites.

Each person will receive an email with a link to accept or decline the invitation.

Note: If someone you invite doesn't have a MuckRock account yet, they'll be prompted to create one when they accept the invitation.

Invite with a Link

You can also generate a shareable invitation link:

  1. Go to your organization's page and click Manage members.
  2. In the Invite members section, click Generate invite link.
  3. Copy the link and share it with the person you'd like to invite.

Each link can only be used once. To invite multiple people, generate a separate link for each.

Manage Pending Invitations

View and manage your sent invitations from the Manage members page under Pending Invitations.
